The calendar still says early Autumn, but most of Vermont is well past peak foliage. This photo was taken in Woodstock, en route to a hockey clinic on a Saturday morning in the middle of October. And this pair of turkeys (a whole rafter, actually) stopped by the VermontMornings.com apple tree, gorged, and moved on.
