We are confident in predicting a 12-14″ snowfall on either February 9th or 10th.  Should the weather gods fail to comply, we will consider this a re-initiation of hostilities thought resolved in 1865, and will reactivate and deploy the First Vermont Brigade.  We will consider Burlington the first front, since they got that 30+” snowfall on New Year’s Day.  We would head straight to Washington D.C. and attack there, but hey…who wants to go down there?
