Nothing good comes from the non-stop rains of July here in Northern Vermont.  It has stunted gardens, prevented farmers from getting hay in and also had a dramatic (and mostly negative) impact on tourism.   Earlier this week,  it brightened up (for two days) and warmed into the 80′sF, and then the rains returned.
