Chris Johansen is one of those people that gets things done, and due in great part to his efforts, Aquafest in Newport is revitalized and BIG.  There are a ton of events, live music, Civil War re-enactments, great food and of course, the famous Bed Race on Sunday morning on Main Street in Downtown Newport.
