Local News: K-9 Savannah doing better

A Lyndonville police dog who suffered a near fatal illness over the weekend is continuing to recover. K-9 officer Savannah had emergency surgery Monday after coming down with a deadly condition known as “The Bloat.” Local vet Dr. Donald Steen says Savannah is not out-of-the woods yet but is doing better.
