From Steve Maleski at 4:09 PM: As of 4:06 p.m., 0.8” new wet snow had accumulated at the Fairbanks Museum, St. Johnsbury.  The winter’s snowfall now stands at 139.0”, tying the record set in the winter of 1968-69.  Light to moderate wet snow was falling, and radar shows moderate precipitation upstream.
